Min Ho is now working at J.CARE as a Registered Massage Therapist on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays 10am to 6pm.
Min Ho is a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario and a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy.
Having personally recovered from several sports injuries, including ankle surgery, Min Ho understands the challenges of rehab and how injuries affect one’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
His treatments focus on relaxation using general Swedish massage before utilizing various techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, sports massage, Thai massage, and lymphatic drainage to address the root causes of discomfort while adapting to the patient’s needs and requests.
He is dedicated to help patients with pain management and rehabilitation to achieve a healthier, pain-free lifestyle and overall wellness.
