HOOK TECHNIQUE®︎ was invented by J.CARE Founder Takayuki Tsuchikawa to be more effective for a wide variety of athletes in Toronto.
It is an advanced soft tissue treatment method that can focus on muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and tendon sheaths.

ASTR (Active Soft Tissue Release)

ASTR is a manual therapy technique invented by orthopedic surgeon Dr. Fujio Matsumoto and shiatsu therapist Masakazu Kutsunugi in their daily clinical practice.
It is a combination technique between Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and stretching.

Team J.CARE consists of practitioners holding various healthcare credentials in Ontario, Canada, with extensive experience across hospitals, orthopedic clinics, sports clinics, and field settings.

J.CARE’s Japanese practitioners hold professional licenses in both Japan and Canada, and multiple Japanese practitioners are available at the clinic.
They bring extensive education, training, and clinical experience from Japan, and have also obtained Ontario registration to provide care in line with local professional standards.
