we will provide an e-receipt after each treatment which can be submitted to your insurer.
Please check with your insurance provider to see what treatment and how much is covered for reimbursement purposes.
Please arrive for your first appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time.
This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form.
All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.
Remember to bring some comfortable clothing with you.
You can change in the treatment room.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you.
A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient.
As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment,
will be charged the full cost of the treatment and you will be required to pre-pay for any future appointments.
In the event of an illness with less than 24 hours of cancellation, we will accept it with a doctor’s note only.
Late arrivals are your responsibility.
