It is an advanced soft tissue treatment method that can focus on muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and tendon sheaths.

Gunn IMS was developed by Dr. Chan Gunn of Vancouver, Canada. It is based on a law of science – Cannon’s law of denervation supersensitivity. This law states that problems in muscles, and in fact all the tissues of the body, can be caused by problems in the nervous system.

ASTR is a manual therapy technique invented by orthopedic surgeon Dr. Fujio Matsumoto and shiatsu therapist Masakazu Kutsunugi in their daily clinical practice.
It is a combination technique between Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and stretching.
