We serve a well-established and active patient population with a focus on private musculoskeletal care, sports injuries, and wellness.

Our team delivers hands-on treatment using distinctive manual therapy approaches available, including ASTR (Active Soft Tissue Release) and the HOOK TECHNIQUE®︎. ASTR was originally invented by a Japanese orthopedic surgeon in Tokyo, and the HOOK TECHNIQUE®︎ evolved from ASTR in Toronto to address the needs of a multicultural population and athletes, with a focus on contracted muscles and adhesions in deep layers that often contribute to persistent or chronic conditions. In North America, these methods are offered exclusively at J.CARE.
