Our team excels in delivering hands-on treatment through unique manual therapy techniques exclusive to J.CARE, such as ASTR (Active Soft Tissue Release) and the HOOK TECHNIQUE™️, a detailed adaptation of ASTR. Originally developed by a Japanese orthopedic surgeon in Tokyo, ASTR and HOOK TECHNIQUE™️ is a specialized method practiced exclusively at J.CARE in North America.
