I've been seeing Naomi at J. CARE for myofascial care since March 2022 and can genuinely attest to her superior expertise and professionalism. Her ability to animate treatment on areas of concern not only are the best I've had, she administers follow-up techniques to compound the relieving effects of her treatment every time. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to support my needs as a patient.

I’ve been changing physiotherapists for more than 10 years. Most of them start with care and after couple of appointments just leave you with the US or other machines. I’m so lucky to have met Owen. His practice is totally different. He’s found the reason for my pain and has treated it in couple of months with GUNN IMS therapy.
Also the clinic staff are very professional, caring and friendly.

J.CARE was recommended by a friend who mentioned that she got pain relief after one visit with Taka. After my appointment with Taka, I was impressed with his skills - not only did I get pain relief, I literally felt taller when I walked out of my appointment. He addressed my concerns and my treatments were targeted appropriately. Since then, I've converted my husband to go to see Taka as well. We've been to many therapists and Taka and his team at J.CARE are definitely the best - you will feel the difference!
