HOOK TECHNIQUE™︎

HOOK TECHNIQUE™︎

HOOK TECHNIQUE™️ is an advanced soft tissue treatment method that can focus on deep muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and tendon sheaths. What sets this technique apart is its targeted approach to treating contracted muscles and adhesions in deep layers by HOOK to PIN-POINT STRETCH using capturing the CORE of the deep muscles.

During a session, you’ll undergo a thorough assessment followed by hands-on treatment. Afterward, we’ll re-assess your progress to track improvements. Additionally, you may receive supplemental exercises to enhance your results.

HOOK TECHNIQUE™️ effectively addresses both acute and chronic back pain, or sciatica as well as discomfort in limbs. It has a specific focus on small, localized areas of the body. This technique is particularly beneficial for stubborn conditions characterized by a limited range of motion, such as frozen shoulder or post-surgical joint contracture.

Performed in a specialized “release position,” HOOK TECHNIQUE™️ can be safely applied to all patients, from children to the elderly, and offers relief for a wide range of chronic pain conditions affecting the neck, shoulder, arm, back, hip, knee and ankle.
