We Remain Open During Second Provincial Emergency from January 14th

Based on the government of Ontario’s announcement on January 12th, 2021, we are allowed to stay open during the Ontario Second Provincial Emergency effective on January 14th in accordance with our regulatory bodies.
We continue to be vigilant with our enhanced infection control procedures to keep everyone safe. Screening procedures are in place with strict disinfection procedures in between visits.


J.CARE Cleaning and Disinfecting protocol for everyone’s Safety, Protection & Well-Being

・Touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected at regular intervals throughout the clinic after each client visit

・Our all staff will be carefully masked at all times including treatments

・We routinely change all sheets, pillow cases and face paper coverings

・We clean and disinfect all equipment used and clinical contact surfaces (e.g., face cradles, treatment beds tables) in patient contact after each use

・Staff routinely and thoroughly wash and sanitize their hands before treatments

・We open windows in the treatment room between each patient for better air ventilation

・Our strong commitment is for our staff to keep and maintain their health so that you can count on us to always be available for you


Safety Requests to Our Clients:

・Hand sanitizers will be made available upon entry to the clinic

・We will ask clients to wait in their car, if more than 2 people are in the waiting room

・We also will ask clients to wear their own sterile and clean masks to all appointments. As a courtesy, mask purchase will be available for $2 when entering, if you don’t have one

・Most importantly, we ask all clients to call our office prior to arrival in order to undergo a COVID-19 screening questionnaire. This protocol will also be administered upon entry to the clinic and upon booking of all appointments


Please stay home if you have:

・travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days.

・a confirmed case of COVID-19 or had close contact without PPE with a confirmed case of COVID-19.


Also stay home if you have any of the following symptoms:

  • Fever
  • New onset of cough
  • Worsening chronic cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Sore throat
  • Difficulty swallowing
  • Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell
  • Chills
  • Headaches
  • Unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscle aches (myalgias)
  • Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
  • Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
  • Runny nose/nasal congestion without other known cause

*** If you  are 70 years of age or older and are experiencing any of the following symptoms: delirium, unexplained or increased number of falls, acute functional decline, or worsening of chronic conditions.

We very much appreciate your understanding and your support and are anxiously and gratefully looking forward to seeing you again soon.  As always, our goal has always been to effectively alleviate and treat your body pains and sports concerns, and do that as soon as possible.

In the meanwhile, to you and your families, stay well, safe and healthy, as we hopefully begin to experience a well-deserved return to the “normal daily experiences” that we are accustomed to.
