Team J.CARE consists of practitioners holding various healthcare credentials in Ontario, Canada, with extensive experience across hospitals, orthopedic clinics, sports clinics, and field settings.
We take a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to musculoskeletal pain and sports injuries.

Our one-on-one sessions focus on hands-on manual techniques, without the use of electrical devices.
Care is tailored to each client’s specific concerns and condition, aiming to improve pain, numbness, and joint mobility while enhancing overall comfort and function.

When appropriate, our practitioners collaborate and may recommend a colleague whose expertise best meets the client’s needs. By working together as a team, we ensure integrated, high-quality care to achieve optimal outcomes.

At J.CARE, we offer advanced approaches for managing myofascial pain. Our techniques include ASTR（Active Soft Tissue Release）, a method brought from Tokyo, and our original HOOK TECHNIQUE®︎, designed to identify and precisely release deeply held trigger points that may contribute to repetitive strain injury or chronic pain.

J.CARE’s Japanese practitioners hold professional licenses in both Japan and Canada, and multiple Japanese practitioners are available at the clinic.
They bring extensive education, training, and clinical experience from Japan, and have also obtained Ontario registration to provide care in line with local professional standards.

Team J.CARE has extensive experience providing care and treatment for a diverse range of clients, from the general public and office workers to amateur and top athletes.
Our practitioners have also traveled to support athletes at major international events, including the 2022 US Open, the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics, and the 2022 Beijing Olympics.
